Shipping policy
Rejected Delivery by the customer:
It will be charged as per our delivery fees, unless the rejection was due to the late delivery outside the delivery window promised or if the Goods were damaged by the Service Provider, in such events the Service Provider shall be incurring the Transportation Fees for the Rejected Delivery and the Transportation Fees for the order replacement for the same customer.
Cancelled Delivery by the customer:
It will be charged as per our delivery fees if the shipment was OFD (Out For Delivery) unless the cancellation was due to the late delivery which is outside the delivery window, in such events the Service Provider shall be incurring the Transportation Fees for the Cancelled Delivery and the Transportation Fees for the order replacement for the same customer, as the case may be.
Rescheduled Delivery:
It will be charged as per the above Transportation Fees if the shipment was OFD. Should our Fatbroccoli delivery service fails to deliver to the customer due to not being present at their location and refused from us to leave the box at their doorstep, our delivery team will go for a 2nd attempt on the same day within the same Delivery Window if possible, otherwise the 2nd try will be completed the next day and the customer will be charged for the delivery fee for the 1st attempt.
