We prepare and maintain our food's freshness consistently. Starting from the date of your purchase, your meal is carefully retrieved from our freezers and storage facility and begins its journey to your home, office, or is swiftly dispatched by our delivery partners, arriving directly at your doorstep.

After unpacking your box, place the meals directly in your freezer. Frozen ready meals should be stored at -18°C to maintain their freshness until you're ready to enjoy them.

It's essential to remember that our food can be kept in the freezer for up to 12 months without thawing. However, once you defrost a meal, its shelf life significantly decreases.

Fatbroccoli meals are stored frozen at -18 degrees Celsius and have a freezer life of up to one year from the production date.

During this time frame, you can remove the meals from the freezer, allow them to defrost at room temperature for a brief period, and then reheat them in either the microwave or oven.

Fatbroccoli meals are kept chilled in the refrigerator at temperatures ranging from 2 to 4 degrees when unopened and defrosted. They should be consumed within 48 hours under these conditions.

Before heating, kindly remove the branding sleeve packaging.

The food tray is microwave-safe, and the seal is also suitable for the microwave, allowing you to place the meal directly in for heating. Keeping the seal closed on top helps retain moisture and steam, enhancing the taste.

Microwave heating times may vary depending on your microwave's power, but typically, 6-8 minutes should suffice for heating. If your dish is still slightly cold, don't worry, simply heat it for an additional 1-2 minutes. Rest assured, our food is fully cooked before being frozen.
