We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vending Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our vending machines. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing vending routes, ensuring machine functionality, managing inventory, and supervising a team of technicians or route operators.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement vending machine placement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring machines are well-stocked with popular items while minimizing waste.

• Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and repairs for vending machines to ensure functionality and customer satisfaction.

• Manage a team of vending machine technicians or route operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

• Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.

• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, monitor product quality, and ensure timely deliveries from our kitchen.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
